The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of the Monaver Course ("Course"), community, content, services and products available at or through Monaver Ltd, a company owned by Griff Jones (“Owner”). Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using the Course. By accessing or using any part of the Course, you agree to become bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, then you may not access the Course or use any services.

Course Content

1. The Course content, including but not limited to pre-recorded course, investing and trading strategies, is for educational commentary purposes only. Neither Monaver Ltd nor Griff Jones provides investment, legal or tax advice. The Course should not be construed as professional financial advice.

2. Any financial information is as of the date published or indicated and is subject to change without notice. Any forward-looking statements or forecasts are based on assumptions and actual results may vary.

Course Access

3. The Course will be delivered over Whop and Discord. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software and hardware to participate in the Course.

4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, if any and for restricting access to your computer.

5. The Course cost is $500, payable upfront and valid for 3 months. Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

Intellectual Property

6. All content included in or made available through the Course, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof and any software used on the Course, is the property of Monaver Ltd and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, Javascript, or visual design elements or concepts without express written permission from Monaver Ltd.

Warranty and Liability

8. Monaver Ltd provides the Course “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. Neither Monaver Ltd nor any of its suppliers and licensors makes any warranty that the Course will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

9. In no event will Monaver Ltd, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of these Terms under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Miscellaneous

10. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Monaver Ltd concerning the Course.

11. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the party’s original intent and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.

12. Monaver Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
